House Rules

1. Inform us of your expected time of arrival, and please respect our check-in and check-out times.
2. We have installed CCTV Camera at the front of the property to ensure the safety of our guests and for the security of the property.
3. No events are allowed. If we find evidence that you are partying inside the property, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
4. This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.
5. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
6. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
7. Please check out on or before 10:00 AM to avoid a late check-out charge.
8. Should you wish to extend your stay, contact us before 6:00 PM the day before your departure date to avoid charge for a late extension request.
9. No pets allowed.
10. NO SMOKING! We strictly implement a non-smoking policy throughout the entire building. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of £250.
11. No unregistered guests. Bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered a booking violation, and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises.
12. Any damage to this property is chargeable. This accommodation regrets that it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the house or parked vehicles.
13. Respect the noise curfew. Our properties are in a private residential area. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no noise policy starting from 9 PM to 7 AM.
