To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests and neighbours, the following house rules apply to all properties managed by Yuma Homes Limited:
Arrival & Departure
Guests must inform us of their expected arrival time in advance.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out may incur charges.
CCTV Monitoring
CCTV is installed at the front of the property for security purposes, in accordance with our data protection policy.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, stag/hen nights or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Illegal Substances
The use or possession of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
Special Requests
All special requests (e.g. early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Extensions
To extend your stay, please contact us by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled check-out.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
A cleaning fee of £200 will be charged for violations.
Unregistered Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises.
Unauthorized guests may result in termination of the booking and eviction without refund.
Pets
No pets allowed unless agreed in writing prior to check-in.
Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated and may lead to eviction.
Key Management
Please return all keys to the designated box upon check-out.
Lost or unreturned keys: £100 charge.
Emergency locksmith callout due to negligence: £250 fee.
Property Damage
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
Charges will apply for necessary repairs, replacements, or deep cleaning.
Valuables
Yuma Homes is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items left on the property or in parked vehicles.
Check-Out Procedure
Turn off all electrical appliances.
Close all windows securely.
Leave all keys in the designated key box.
Notify the host once you have vacated the property.
