We only accept photo ID, such as Driving Licence or Provisional Licence or Passport.

You must be 18 years or over to book with us, however, guests staying with you can be under 18 as long as there is a supervising adult or carer.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm onwards.

Check-out is 10:00 am

Yes, we do allow early check-in if there is no previous guest, please get in touch in advance and we will try to accommodate you, as this is subject to availability. We do charge a late check-out fee which you can see here: £30 for first hour plus £20 every following hour.

1 Hour = 11:00 am | £30

 2 Hours = 12:00 pm | £50

 3 Hours = 1:00 pm | £70

We use a key safe/lockbox. The check-in process is simple. Access details will be in your check-in instructions. This will describe directions on how to get to the accommodations, where the keys are found on and any other necessary information. You will not need to meet anyone to enter the apartment, it’s all self-check-in.

We do not meet or greet guests. However, under important circumstances we can arrange personal check-in with an extra cost of £25.

You will receive all check-in instructions on your actual check-in date.

If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This is subject to availability. We are always available via call, text, or WhatsApp.

Yes, we do, this deposit is £200 and is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released after 24 hours of your departure day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, they all depend on Stripe which is our payment processor.

When we collect a deposit from you, we do not physically charge the card and take the money out. The payment will never go to our bank account, it is put on a charge/hold via our payment processor (Stripe). The method we use is called pre-authorisation or in simply put a hold on it. 

ONLY UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED 7 NIGHTS OR MORE, THEN WE COLLECT THE DEPOSIT IN FULL & REFUND IT UPON CHECK-OUT.

Apart from the standard cleaning fee, OTA fee and damage deposit, which is completely refundable upon checkout, there are no hidden charges for our accommodation unless there are additional people.

Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED! We do suggest you smoke outdoor, but please put out the cigarette correctly. Smoking indoors is not allowed due to health and safety, plus the smell really sticks to the furniture. We would not want the next guest being affected.

Depending on the location, we will detail which accommodation includes free parking and many local options. Kindly check the apartment that you are booking and what your reservation fee includes.

Pets may be permitted only in specific units or with prior written approval. A £10 per pet per night. Additional Charge applies.
