Cancellation & Modification Policy

Full Refund

Cancellations made five days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a complete refund of your booking amount.

Date Changes (Flexible Option)

Subject to availability, you may modify your reservation to new dates by providing at least seven days’ notice before your original arrival date.

Please note that any additional costs associated with rate differences, cleaning fees, or other expenses will remain your responsibility.

Administrative costs may incur a nominal amendment fee.

Short-Notice Changes

Requests made less than seven days in advance will not be accommodated.

Cancellations made less than five days in advance will not be refundable.

No-Shows

A refund will not be issued for guests who fail to arrive and do not cancel their reservation.

Long-Term Bookings (Stays Exceeding 28 Nights)

A full refund will be processed if you cancel your booking thirty days or more prior to check-in.

If you cancel your booking within thirty days of check-in, you forfeit the cost of the initial thirty nights. Any remaining nights will be refunded.

Date-Change Requests

Date-change requests will adhere to our standard modification policy (section 2) and are subject to availability and associated fees.

Third-Party Bookings

If you have booked your stay through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or other similar platforms, please refer to their respective cancellation policies.

Host-Initiated Changes

If we are compelled to cancel or modify your booking, we will promptly notify you and propose suitable alternatives.

Should no suitable alternative be available, we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount within five business days.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions, we will not be held liable for any associated costs or changes.

While we will do our utmost to assist, any refunds or modifications in such cases will be at our discretion.
