Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation of a booking, guests are required to provide us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before the intended arrival date to receive a full refund.

If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the intended arrival date, we offer a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee.

For guests who require flexibility in their booking schedules, we offer the option to modify their booking dates, subject to availability.

This allows guests to move their bookings to a later date, such as moving a January 2024 booking to March 2024, as long as sufficient notice of at least one week or 7 days is provided.

It is important to note that we require adequate time to rebook dates for other guests in the event of a booking modification.

As such, requests for date modifications with notice of only 1 day cannot be accommodated.

We also emphasize that the previously mentioned policies apply solely to bookings made directly through our website.

Guests who have made bookings through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com are advised to review the specific cancellation policies of these platforms.

In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel or modify your accommodation, we will make every effort to provide timely notification of the situation.
We will also offer alternative options, if possible. However, should these alternatives be unsuitable, we shall consider the booking cancelled and proceed to refund any payments made within 14 days.

Nonetheless, we must highlight that we are not responsible for any changes arising from events beyond our control, which are defined as force majeure. Such occurrences include but are not limited to, war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, and other similar unforeseeable events.

If you choose to modify your reservation, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. It is important to note that any additional expenses arising from the modification shall be your responsibility.

We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee at our discretion to cover related administrative costs.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NON-ARRIVALS.
